Fees

Mountside Physio + Wellness is registered as a primary health provider; therefore, no doctor's referral is required to lodge a claim to ACC. We can lodge your claim at the time of your initial consultation. All clients (ACC, Private, or Post-surgical) do not require a referral for treatment.

However, if you have a referral from a GP or specialist, it is advisable to email it before or bring it with you on your first visit.

All initial consultations are 30 minutes in length. If you feel your condition is more complex or prefer a longer consultation, ask reception for a "supersession" (see fees below). 

Please be aware that we operate a cancellation policy for all appointments, as we require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations of appointments. See our FAQ page for more details.
 

ACC-COVERED INJURIES
If your injury is covered under ACC, please be aware there is a co-payment as ACC only partially funds physiotherapy. Should, however, ACC not accept your claim, you will be liable for the costs in full.
First Visit:	$40 with Junior Physiotherapist  $55 with Senior Physiotherapist $105 1-hour supersession assessment  $70 with Jacinta (30 min appointment) $130 with Jacinta 1-Hour supersession assessment

CLASSES
Pilates / Circuit	$18 per class - Casual $150 membership - 10 classes (6-month expiry) Classes are 50 minutes in length  $130 membership - Monthly
	Monthly membership – unlimited classes for 1 month from time of purchase.
